New to Hyundai's lineup this year is the 2020 Palisade. It is a 3-row midsize SUV. Despite it's classification of midsize, the Palisade is all but small. This SUV will come in three trim lines; the SE, SEL, and Limited, with all trim levels being available with FWD or AWD.  The SE comes standard with a second row bench seat. The rear has roof mounted AC vents so that they can be adjusted by the passenger. The fron receives an 8in center stack display and a small monochrome information display nestled in the instrument panel. The SEL adds blind spot detection and rear cross traffic alert. It is standard with the second row bench and optional captain's chairs. It come standard with a single-panel sunroof over the front seats. The SEL allows for two additional packages: the Convenience Package and the Premium Package. The Convenience Package will include a sunroof, 20-inch alloy wheels, automatic leveling rear suspension, LED tail lights, a hands-free liftgate, rear sunshades, third row USB ports, and an AC Outlet. The Premium Package adds to the Convenience Package leather seats, a premium dashboard trim, bi-LED headlights, an 8-way power seat, memory driver's seat and mirrors, a heated steering wheel, and power folding third-row seats. The Palisade Limited comes with a different front grille, 12.3 inch LCD instrument panel, HK audio, and a dual sunroof. 

Underneath the hood of the Palisade is a 3.8 liter, V6 engine, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. It boasts 291 horsepower. The vehicle comes standard with paddle shifters and the ability to switch into Sport mode, pushing for a more thrilling driving experience. To save space, the Palisade comes with a series of buttons in place of a traditional gearshift. The FWD Palisade gets 19mpg, city and 26 mpg, highway. For those who are interested in towing, this Hyundai is capable of towing up to 5,000 pounds.
